To provide a wide range of retirement living options for current and future residents, with a variety of housing options set within attractive and well maintained grounds and gardens.

To promote retirement living within a vibrant rural city location – a rural city that provides excellent regional services and facilities in close proximity to Adelaide and its rural hinterland.

To value, respect and acknowledge the importance of all residents – in a welcoming and community based environment.
