History & Background

First established in 1982, we provide over 110 retirement living homes at two separate locations, Murray Heights and Owl Drive, Murray Bridge – giving scope for a range of housing options (type and size), plus scope for future growth/redevelopment to meet future community needs

Both retirement villages offer a pleasant environment, set within landscaped grounds and gardens – and in close proximity to a significant range of high quality regional shopping, community, health and medical services.

Both villages have a ‘village centre’ that forms the focus of community activities and events. Each village has its own Residents Association which provides a range of social activities and helps provide feedback to the Board on service delivery.
